The cottage: A luxurious, warm newly built 5 bedroomed ensuite stone-built cottage with fantastic views over Mannin Bay and the beautiful Twelve Pins Mountains. It is approximately 2.5 miles from Clifden town and 2.5 miles to Connemara Golf Club. The cottage is situated just off the main road (500 metres) leading to a lake where wild brown trout can be caught and where a licence can be purchased locally. The famous Alcock & Brown (the first transatlantic site) is within 5 minutes walk from the cottage and which can be seen from the kitchen window. Also within walking distance is the beautiful Coral Strand beach and a choice of two riding stables for cross country riding or beach riding. The cottage is very popular and comes highly recommended and is truly the perfect location for a holiday in Connemara with fantastic views from every large window.

The cottage is attractively painted in warm bright colours with lovely wooden floors throughout. Open plan sitting, kitchen and dining room with large stone open fireplace which is ideal for cooking and chatting to guests at the same time. The living area has TV and DVD and a luxury comfortable couch, arm chairs and table and chairs. The whole open plan area has gorgeous views of the Twelve Pins Mountains and sea has a lovely bright feel and creates the perfect Connemara picture. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. Off the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Special Feature: Electric gates going in to the property for extra security for children.
Linen towels included in the price. Oil and electricity charged usage by owner on departure.
Extras: Damage deposit required €200.00 on arrival.
