The house: This is a lovely new 4 bedroom modern property with a stone porch front.It sits in a beautiful part of Ballyconneely called Dolan.It is two and a half miles from the village of Ballyconneely on the Roundstone road. There is a beach at the end of a road about 600 metres from the house. It is a lovely peaceful area, but it is easy to get to a popular pub and good food shops in Ballyconneely.
Clifden is about twenty minutes away, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The Ballyconneely Golf course is about five miles away, and there is beach fishing and lots of brown trout lakes nearby.
This house is in an ideal location for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Inside: There are four bedrooms, sleeps 8 people. All double bedrooms with two of them en-suite. There is T.V in each of the ensuite rooms.The sitting room is open plan with dining area and very comfortable seating, it has T.V. video and C.D. Player. There is a beautiful open fire and fuel is supplied. The kitchen is large and has washing machine, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a bathroom with bath. There are lovely views of the bay from the sitting room.
