The Cottage: Luxury new two bedroomed cottages located close to the popular village of Ballyconneely, Mannin Bay Cottages are adjacent to the popular new hotel Mannin Bay Hotel and are only a 2 minute stroll to a lovely sandy beach. The setting is gorgeous with magnificent views of the sea, beach and mountains. It is the perfect place to getaway from it all with wonderful activities to enjoy in the surrounding countryside including hill walking, horse riding, swimming, and sea angling. Ideal for a family holiday with the beach only across the garden, perfect for swimming. The Mannin Bay Hotel (open now) has a great restaurant and a cosy bar which is perfect for an evening drink or entertainment, all within a minute’s stroll. Ballyconneely village is only a 5 minute walk with two shops, a pub/restaurant, and café. The world renowned Connemara Golf Course is only 7 minutes in the car, perfect for a days golf or why not visit their new clubhouse and restaurant. Connemara’s bustling capital town Clifden is only 10 minutes in the car providing you with some lovely seafood restaurants, tourist shops for you to browse and lots more to see and do. Inside: Entrance hall leads into Sitting/Dining/Kitchen area. Comfortable sitting area with lovely sofas, plasma TV and views of the sea. Dining area has large table and chairs again with sea views. Well equipped Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, iron and board, high chair on request. This room has large doors that open out onto a lovely shard patio area which has garden furniture, perfect for dining alfresco, with gorgeous sea views. Downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are two well decorated bedrooms, one double and one twin which can be made into a double. Both are well equipped with luxury linen and lovely sea views. Bright bathroom with bath.
