The cottage: This charming traditional renovated cottage is only a short cut across a field to fountain hill beach very safe for children to swim. The cottage is detached. The owners live beside the cottage. Children love the atmosphere due to a number of farm animals. This cottage is located between Claddaghduff and Clifden town approximately 5 miles away. About a mile in the other direction is Sweeney's Shop P.O. Pub, and a Catholic church . It is also close to the famous Omey strand where the Omey races are held every year last Saturday in July the following day is the pony show. Just a short drive is Cleggan village which has a ferry to the island of Inishbofin, a good day out! Several pubs Irish music and a restaurant.

Inside: The old part of the cottage has a large traditional fire place with wood burning stove.
Open plan sitting room come dining room kitchen. With microwave, electric cooker, fridge, washing machine and dryer. T.V. video DVD player. Oil heating comfortable chairs.
New part of the cottage, two bedrooms, One twin room, and one double room. Babies cot and high chair. Separate shower toilet and sink. Tiled and wooden floors throughout. Outside table chairs and BBQ.

Damage deposit of 100 Euro to be paid to owner on arrival. Pets welcome (prior arrangement with owner).

Linen and towels supplied.

Heating oil and electricity charged on usage.
