The cottage: This lovely stone cottage is situated just outside Cleggan village with lovely views of Cleggan .
There is a wealth of things to do in the area including cycling, fishing, horse riding and swimming. The house
sits close enough to the village so that you can have a nice stroll taking in the beauty of Cleggan on your way. It is ideal for children as the surroundings are quiet and secure. Omey beach is just a short drive away and Clifden is less than 10 minutes by car. When looking for something different to do, why not take a ferry out to Inishbofin or one of the surrounding islands. You can also have a picnic on the strand which is a short walk from the cottage past a spectacular waterfall and a host of wild flowers. In the village of Cleggan, there are four pubs and a lovely seafood restaurant, a shop, tourist office and a ticket office for that trip to Inishbofin. Cleggan riding stables is located in Cleggan for when you want to take in more of the country side on horseback. Fresh water fishing and deep sea fishing parties can be made with prior arrangement. Also Connemara Golf course only 20 minutes drive away.
Inside : This property is a comfortable property with all mod cons. It is ideal family or large groups as it can sleep up to 10 people very comfortably. The kitchen has everything you could need: Washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, stereo/ cd player, electric kettle, toaster and plenty dishes and utensils. There is a open plan sitting and dining area with open fire place, T.V. Video/DVD Combi , it also has Sky TV.
There are three rooms downstairs 2 doubles and one twin, (one double and one twin is ensuite). Upstairs there are two double bedrooms one is ensuite.
