The cottage: This stunning cottage is set overlooking Cleggan tower and 0.4 km to the beach. If you like walking or just like peace and quiet this is the place for you. Kids will love the freedom as there is no traffic and it's a safe walk to the beach. Shops, restaurant, pub, post office are a short drive to Cleggan village where you can catch the ferry to Inishbofin - a great day trip! Perhaps pick up some fish from the local fishing boats. There are a host of amenities in the Connemara area, enjoying horse riding in Cleggan Village, visit Connemara National Park or stroll through some of Clifden's lovely tourist shops – only 20 minutes in the car. This cottage is a real luxury cottage and is just ideal for a family holiday or to totally relax.
Inside: This cottage is furnished to a high standard throughout. Wooden floors throughout entrance hall with plush carpets in all bedrooms. 4 bedrooms – 3 downstairs bedrooms – 2 twin rooms, tastefully decorated and 1 large double room with wrought iron bed and large en suite. Upstairs there is a grand master bedroom with four poster wooden king size bed, plush carpets and furnishing and large en suite. The Attractive fitted kitchen has a wood burning stove and large dining table. All mod cons including dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave. The utility area has a washing machine, dryer and chest freezer. Sitting-room downstairs with comfortable furniture with open fire, plasma T.V. and DVD. Upstairs there is another large sitting area with comfortable sofa and TV, also games and books – perfect for the kids to enjoy also.
