The house: Old Style two-story cottage on the Faul peninsula. This property has large mature gardens and is only 35 minutes walk to town and very close to the sea although it does not have sea views. The Rock glen hotel is just down the road ideal for a drink with out having to drive. Nearest beaches are Clifden and Coral Strand many more only a short drive away. This property is very comfortable and very well located for Clifden and touring and it defiantly has all the charm of a traditional cottage.

Inside: Large entrance hall sunroom, stairs leading to three bedrooms one double, one set of bunks, and twin room. Downstairs there is a bathroom with bath and separate shower room.
Small sitting room with an open fire comfortable suit T.V. DVD. Downstairs off sitting room is a fourth bedroom with a double bed. Large newly fitted kitchen dinning area with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker and hob. Next to the kitchen is utility area housing washing machine and dryer with back door leading to the garden.
