The cottage: This property is ideally located only 2.5 miles from the tourist town of Clifden and about three miles from Cleggan Fishing Village. On arrival at the property I was taken by how lovely and peaceful this location is, I really felt relaxed. It has views to the right of the cottage of Kingstown bay with the sun setting over it on my visit – it was truly beautiful. To the front of the cottage there is a lovely lake and mountain views, with the Twelve Bens mountains to your left. It’s the ideal cottage for a family to come and tour Connemara or for a couple who would like a relaxing break. You are spoilt for choice with what to do in the area – Cleggan Fishing Village, take a day trip to Inishbofin, Visit Omey Island only 10 minutes, stroll through many of Clifden tourist shops, take a days fishing on charter fishing trips available locally, enjoy a day at Eyrephort or Cleggan beaches – only 10 minutes in the Car. Come and experience for yourself!
Inside: Very spacious throughout. The bright entrance hall leads down to four very large double bedrooms all with fully fitted wardrobes. Quality furniture and linen. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and shower in bath and the other being a shower, both fully tiled. There is a large utility room with dryer, washing machine and lots of storage. The Kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer and table and chairs. There is a dining room also with large table and chairs. The sitting room has leather suites, T.V and open fire. It also has large windows which have gorgeous views. This property has lovely large front windows which flood the rooms with light and it has a great feeling of cleanliness and space throughout.
