The cottage: A magnificent two bedroom cottage on a high elevation over looking Ballinakill Bay and the twelve Ben Mountains. This property has been totally renovated to a very high standard using bright strong modern colours within.A conservatory has been added on the south side of the house.
Outside a well finished enclosed garden with deck to admire the view. Just down the road is a pier where you can take boat trips or eat in the restaurant or even check out the sea life centre at oceans alive. The property is very close to the mouth of the Dawros River and would be an ideal location for the salmon fisherman. Kylemore Abbey and Letterfrack or Tullycross village is a short drive. You can swim in the sea below the house but the nearest beach would be Lettergeash or Renvyle beach that is approx. 10 mins drive away at the east end of Lettergesh beach you have Scuba dive West where you can dive off our wonderful coastline. They cater for novice and experienced divers.
Inside: Two bedrooms two double beds upstairs bedroom has toilet and wash hand basin. Separate balcony area looking down into the sitting room and dinning area with open fire, which is not in use but a very nice feature. Oil fired central heating throughout. Off the sitting room is the second bedroom and a fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer and electric cooker. Bathroom with shower only.
