The house: " Kates Cottage" is a charming renovated traditional Irish cottage transformed into sumptuous two bed-roomed property that royalty would be proud of. This cottage is close to the road but is enclosed with secure gates and has a shared driveway. The views are across field and in the distance you can see Ballinakill Bay. Just a short walk down the road is Avoca craft shop a bit further, ( less than a mile) brings you to the pub, Connemara national park and Letterfrack village. Kylemore Abbey is five miles from the village with its Victorian gardens, craft shop, coffee shop and spectacular scenery. The general location is perfect for many amenities all a short drive away.

Inside: Enter into the main open plan living area which has wooden floors. Fitted kitchen dining area to the left and sitting room to the right, wood burning stove comfortable suite which includes bed settee. Of the main living area are two bedrooms both with king-size beds and a bathroom with bath and shower.
